Benjamin penned the below poem for Sarah not long after meeting her. He was going to recite this at the ceremony (before his vows), however due to time constraints he decided to omit it at the last minute.
When you try hard to look,
You come up with nothing to show,
When you least expect it,
Someone will arrive and you will know.
She will come packaged so beautifully,
You'll be uncharacteristically shy at first,
But when you let your guard down,
She'll prove to be able to quench your thirst.
You'll find she's more amazing,
Than what you could have dreamed her to be,
Intelligence, beauty, an old fashioned wholesomeness,
She's definitely the one for me.
She's reciprocating my emotional state,
I'm feeling things I haven't felt before,
I thought I'd been in love in the past,
This is different - I'm in absolute awe.
I don't know what to expect next,
But its clear to me that this is the dawn of a new era,
She's the most amazing woman I'm yet to meet,
Her name is Sarah
